2 packages of 8 oz. instant pudding, 1/3 can of pumpkin pie filling with spices, 8 oz. container of whipped topping, small graham cracker pie shells, milk

Description

This is a wonderful project to do in small groups.  Finished pies can be eaten for snack or taken home to give to someone special. 

Follow the directions on the box to prepare the vanilla pudding.  Have the children help with this process by pouring and stirring.  Add the pumpkin pie filling.  Have children scoop the mixture into their individual pie shells and garnish with whipped topping.  You could also prepare just the pudding and serve in small cups.
